Get ready for the 2026 Summer season!!
Our summer operation hours are 7:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, and begins the first Monday after Pequannock public schools close for summer. Camp is offered to children from kindergarten to 8th grade. Children are encouraged to participate in activities such as swimming, arts & crafts, STEM, sports, field trips, special events and more! Our camp is a state certified & licensed facility and meets all requirements listed in the Youth Safety Act.

Things to know about our summer program:
- Camp will run from June 22 - August 21, 2026 (totaling 9 weeks of camp). We will be closed on July 3rd and for the week of August 24th to prepare for our school year programs.
- Tentative Field Trips: Turtleback Zoo, Frog Falls, Mountain Creek, Bowling, DEFY, Ice Vault, NJ Rock Gym, Tomahawk Lake and Monster Golf. We do not have set dates for field trips so please do not pick weeks based on this as it is subject to change. Field trips will be scheduled on either Tuesday or Thursday beginning week 3.
- Swimming will be offered at PV Park 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- We upgraded our Middle School Camp routine! Designated space for 6th - 8th grade campers only, updated STEM/ART projects and included additional field trips. These campers will still have access to the Pequannock Club gym, game room and fields.
- Our maximum weekly capacity is 155 KDG - 5th Graders and 40 6th - 8th Graders. The staff to camper ratio in summer camp is 1 : 10.
- Early Bird Rate is $285/$300 per week. Registration opens January 26th. Early Bird rate is valid through March 13th however we do not recomend waiting CAMP WILL FILL UP FAST. Early Bird rate details are 33% of your total balance due at time of registration. You must select all of your camp weeks when registering! We cannot guarantee your spot if you do not check all boxes for the weeks you need. If you register before March 13th (even if its for the waitlist) you are locked in at the $285/$300 rate. Deadline to make changes to your weeks will be April 1st. 33% of your total balance due April 13th. Final 33% payment is due May 13th.
- We will offer refunds up until April 13th. After this date, refunds are subject to filling your child’s spot. If your family experiences any hardship or changes in your situation after this date, we will offer a refund.
- If your family is contracted with the state for financial assistance, you must fill out the below link listed as 2026 State Financial Assistance Summer Camp Registration Link. You will be required to pay $45 per week to reserve your child’s spot. We will honor 33% due at time of registration if you register during the Early Bird registration period. Once your contract is approved by the state, we will determine your copay (if any) and deduct from your balance due OR refund if no copay applies.
- * PLEASE NOTE! * If you are currently enrolled in our before/aftercare program and receive the Neighbors in Hardship Scholarship, this does NOT include summer camp. You must reapply to include the summer program!

*TENTATIVE FIELD TRIPS: Trip locations/dates are still being determined. Please do not select a week solely for a trip as it could change at any time and we may not have the ability to change your weeks to match! Our hope is to offer trips by appropriate age groups to Turtleback Zoo, Mountain Creek, Frog Falls, Monster Golf, Tomahawk Lake, DEFY, NJ Rock Gym and bowling.

EARLY BIRD: $285 / $300 per week - Register January 26, 2026 through March 13, 2026
- 33% of total balance due is required at the time of registration until March 13th.
- 33% of your camp balance is due by April 13th (no refunds will be issued after April 1st for week removals).
- Final 33% of your camp balance is due by May 13th.
REGULAR RATE: $300 / $310 per week - Register March 14, 2026 through May 13, 2026 (if space available)
- 66% of balance due if registering by April 13th.
- Final 33% (or 100% if registering after April 13th) of your camp balance is due by May 13th.
LATE RATE: $310 / $320 per week register after May 13, 2026 (if space available)
- If registering weekly, you must pay the Thursday prior to the week starting camp.
