EARLY EDUCATION CENTER SUMMER CAMP

AGES:  6 weeks to pre-k 4

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT SUMMER CAMP

The Early Education Center is licensed by the state of New Jersey. We offer a safe environment with professional staff to meet your child’s specific needs. Our caring staff is led by certified teachers in each classroom. The program provides your child the opportunity to grow and develop in a fun and educational setting.

1. Camp will run from June 29th - August 28, 2026 (totaling 9 weeks of camp). We will be closed on July 3rd. 
    
2. Special Guests and weekly themes. 
    
3. Water play, arts & crafts, playground time, wiggle & giggle music and movement and more.
    
4. We offer camp  3 or 5 days per week. 
    
5. Pre K 2, Pre K 3 and  Pre K 4 have a full day or school day option. 
    
6. Early Bird Rate 10% off total balance due. Registration opens February 2nd.  Early Bird rate is valid through March 30th.  Early Bird rate details are 50% of your total balance due at time of registration. You must select all of your camp weeks when registering! We cannot guarantee your spot if you do not check all boxes for the weeks you need. If you register before March 30th you are locked in at the 10% discount. Final 50% of your total balance due April 30th. 
    
7. We will offer refunds up until June 1st. After this date, refunds are subject to filling your child’s spot. If your family experiences any hardship or changes in your situation after this date, we will offer a refund.  
    
8. If your family is contracted with the state for financial assistance, you must let your Director know.  Once your contract is approved by the state, we will determine your copay (if any).
    
9. * PLEASE NOTE! * If you are currently enrolled in our Early Educatoin school year program and receive the Neighbors in Hardship Scholarship, this does NOT include summer camp. You must reapply to include the summer program!
    

Summer Camp Rates and Deadlines

Once we recieve your online registration you will be entered on Brightwheel and we will invoice your balance. 

EARLY BIRD 10% off total balance due:  Register February 2, 2026 through March 30, 2026 

• 50% of total balance due is required at the time of registration until March 30th.
• Final 50% of your camp balance is due by April 30th (no refunds for removals after June 1st) 

REGULAR RATE:  Register March 31, 2026 through May 30, 2026 

• 50% of balance due if registering by April 30th.
• Final 50% (or 100% if registering after April 30th) of your camp balance is due by May 30th.

LATE RATE: $10 added fee per week register after May 30, 2026 (if space available)
