Welcome to Boys and Girls Club of Pequannock - 2024 Recreational Basketball season

• Kindergarten Division- offered to both girls and boys in Kindergarten

  • Clinic Style -Friday nights 5pm -6pm or 6pm-7pmsession   

• Boys Division
• SEC - 1st+ 2nd Grade - One Practice during the week and One game on Saturday Afternoon (Modified Rules) 
• Big Ten - 3rd+4th Grade - One Practice during the week and One game on Saturday morning/afternoon

• Girls Division
  • Atlantic Ten -1st+ 2nd Grade - One Practice during the week and One game on Saturday morning (Modified Rules) 
  • WAC - 3rd+4th Grade - One Practice during the week and One game on Saturday morning/afternoon
  • IVY - 5th+6th Grade - One Practice during the week and One game on Saturday morning

Boys in grade grades 3/4 and Girls in grades 3-6 must attend the skills evaluation. A skills evaluation and team draft will be held mid- November.  The evaluation and draft is used only to try to keep the teams as evenly matched as possible.  All children will be placed on a team regardless of experience or ability.  We cannot honor requests for children to be placed on a team with a friend or specific coach.  Each child will play at least half a game.

Our main goal for this  season is ACTIVE FUN! We will not be holding drafts as in previous years but will be creating teams based on the skill level parents list on the registration.  We understand this is a different type of season but it is our best plan to get our members back in the game until we can get back in the gyms.
