Character and Leadership

AGES: 11-13
This is a small-group leadership development program, which is a powerful vehicle that helps each Unit meet the special character development needs of younger adolescents. Members elect officers; they plan and implement their own activities and community service projects. Each Torch Club receives an official charter from Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
