TUESDAY NIGHTS

April 23 & 30. May 7, 14, 21 & 28. June 4

Boys and Girls Grade K-3 : 6pm -7:15pm  

Boys and Girls Grade 4-8 : 7:15pm -8:30pm

 

Tuesday Night Basketball Agility Clinic will be held at Anthony Wayne Middle School, 201 Garside Avenue, Wayne NJ

Clinic Features Grades K-3

    DST has been directing camps at the Wayne Boys and Girls Club for over 20 years.  The Drills, Skills & Thrills basketball staff is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate about the game of basketball.  We take pride in teaching the game in a fun and instructional way teaching players the right way to play the game!  We teach athletes the correct fundamental techniques of the game necessary to improve as a player, athlete and overall teammate.

Clinic Features Grades 4-8

PROGRAM FEATURES

 

First half of the clinic will focus on speed and agility which is helpful to athletes of all sports.  Some of these drills will focus on being quick off the dribble.

We will teach and drill:    

  • Athletic stance lateral quickness 
  • Explosiveness
  • Balance and ability to play fast while remaining under control.
